Ingredients

  • 1 other pumpkin (se) Hokaido too
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 100 g rice, raw
  • 1 small bell pepper (s), red
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 cube soup or Vegeta
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • water
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the cap off the pumpkin, cut out the pumpkin flesh and dice. Finely chop the onion and roast in a little oil, add the minced meat, then add the vegetables, cut into small cubes and season with the mushrooms cut into leaves (except peppers). Add rice with water and pour the soup cubes. Cover and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Then pour in the peppers a little more liquid to create a nice mixture and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Finally fill into the hollowed out pumpkin and serve.
