Ingredients

  • 400 g noodles (colored loop noodles)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 100 g suar snap peas
  • 50 g butter or marerine
  • 200 g cream
  • 185 g corn
  • 50 g peas, frozen
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Peel the onions and garlic cloves, dice the onions, mash the garlic. Wash ham in strips, carrots, peel and cut into slices. Clean mushrooms, tomatoes and snow peas, wash tomatoes and snow peas, cut tomatoes into eighths, quarter mushrooms. Heat the butter, sauté the onions, garlic and strips of ham in it, pour in the cream and bring to the boil. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, snow peas, corn and peas. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put everything in an ovenproof dish. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
