- 40 g corn rits
- 10 g poppy seeds
- 70 g soy milk (soy drink)
- 130 g water
- 1 teaspoon, heaped raisins

- Bring all ingredients to the boil, stirring, until the corn grits, like a volcano, start to spit. Put the lid on and turn off the stove. Let it swell for about 10 minutes, then pour the mixture into pudding bowls and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- If the pudding does not fall out of the mold, it will help to rinse the outside of the cup with cold water. Of course you can also sweeten with honey or sugar, but you should use the sweetener sparingly as the raisins are already sweet.
