Instructions

Put the milk, sugar, egg yolks and ground almonds in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
Dissolve starch in a little water and slowly add to the milk mixture. Boil the mixture until it becomes thick. Finally add the poppy seeds.
Divide the pudding into bowls and decorate with almonds.
