Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, in its own juice, 185 g each
- 2 cans corn, 340 g each
- 0.5 liter ½ broth
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped or
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 30 g butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- salt and pepper

- Fry the onion and the clove of garlic in the butter. Add the tuna and sweetcorn with the broth and heat. Season with paprika powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes. Finally, just add the peppers and season to taste again.
- I add the peppers at the end, otherwise I will find them too weak. If you want, you can fry them with the onions right from the start.
