  • Feta cheese (crumbled) – 0.25 cup
  • Pine nuts (fried) – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh basil (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped) – 600 g (about 4 in total)
  • Fresh basil (chopped) – 0.5 cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped through a press) – 2 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.

  1. Prepare tomato sauce. Put chopped tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over with olive oil, mix well. Set the sauce bowl aside.
  2. Pour couscous, salt, pepper into a large saucepan, pour oil, and pour boiling water. Cover the stewpan and leave at room temperature for 5 minutes, until the couscous is ready, and then loosen it with a fork, add beans, cheese, pine nuts, and basil.
  3. Serve with couscous garnish with tomato sauce.
