Ingredients

  • 200 g crayfish
  • 1 apple, slightly sour, e.g., Elstar or Wellant
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 mango (s)
  • 50 g Brazil nuts, walnuts or almonds, round
  • 10 basil leaves, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon salad cream (Miracel Whip) or mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli pepper (s), fresh, if you like
  • 50 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts or almonds, clean the apple, bell pepper and mango and cut into small pieces. Put these ingredients in a large bowl, add the crayfish, yoghurt, lime juice, Miracel Whip and the finely chopped basil leaves, season with pepper and a little salt and mix well. First sprinkle the parmesan on the plates, otherwise it will soften.
  2. The crayfish salad is always delicious in different variations, as a starter salad or as a main course salad. It is very refreshing and not only suitable for summer.
