Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, dried
  • 1 pinch rosemary, dried
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic (to taste)
  • 1 piece (s) orange (s) - peel, the size a thumb
  • Chilli pepper (s), dried (to taste)

  • 50 g bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 240 ° C.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix salt and flour and then add the water with the yeast and shape into a smooth dough. Possibly add a little more flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the batter has doubled. This takes about 25 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the orange peel and garlic and add to the creme fraîche. Mix the creme fraîche with the remaining spices and season to taste. There are no limits to freedom here, you can use all the spices you like.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Flatten each piece like a small thick pizza. Make small hollows with your fingers, spread the creme fraîche on top and sprinkle the ham cubes on top (vegetarians can do it without ham).
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it starts to turn brown. Serve warm.
