Ingredients
- 2 packs cream cheese, natural
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 medium onion (s), red
- Chives, not too little, in small rolls
- salt and pepper
- cream or milk

- Chop the onion very finely and stir in the cream cheese, chives and crème fraîche until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the mixture is a little too firm, stir with a little cream or milk until creamy.
- The dip should be prepared in the morning if it is to be served in the evening. Delicious with carrots or crackers.
