Ingredients
- 250 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 packet chives (frozen) or /2 bunch fresh
- some cayenne pepper
- possibly salt
- Bread (s)

- Cut the salmon into very small cubes and mix with the cream cheese. Add the chives and stir.
- Then carefully season with cayenne pepper until the taste emerges but does not dominate. No salt at first, as the salmon is already salty, but if something is missing, add a little salt.
- Mix everything well, let steep for 2 hours. Get fresh white, gray or multigrain bread and finish everything.
