Ingredients

  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 175 ml lemonade (orange lemonade)
  • 1 can / s apricot (s), (850ml)
  • 300 g rapes, reen and blue
  • 300 g blackberries
  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest and juice, untreated
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 point cream stabilizer
  • 475 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, 300 g sugar and vanilla sugar for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder. Stir in alternately with the oil and lemonade. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 25 minutes. Let the bottom cool down.
  2. Drain the apricots. Wash, pat dry and pluck the grapes. Halve and core the grapes. Sort the blackberries and wash them if necessary.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, quark, 175 g sugar, lemon juice and zest. Whip the cream and cream stabilizer until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Spread the quark cream on the cake, cover with fruit and press lightly. Chill until ready to serve
  4. You can also choose other fruits, depending on your mood.
