Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat sugar with egg white until stiff. Carefully stir in the egg yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Then pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: Also tastes good with raspberries in the batter.
