Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream, liquid (unbeaten)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla) for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare kneading dough from the first six ingredients. Press the dough into a prepared 28-inch springform pan. Pull up one edge.
  2. Now mix the remaining ingredients together well. Pour the mixture onto the dough in the mold.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C hot air for approx. 75 minutes.
  4. Let cool and loosen the springform rim.
