Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breasts, diced
  • 200 g rice
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Briefly toast the onion and meat in the hot oil. Add paprika, garlic and bay leaf and roast briefly.
  2. Pour the water on and crumble the chicken soup cube.
  3. After boiling, add the rice and stir. Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
  4. When the rice is soft, stir in the cream to refine it. Let it steep briefly and serve.
