- 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
- 3 onion (s), red, peeled, cut into rings
- 200 ml cream, liquid
- 150 ml crème fraîche
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cayenne pepper
- Clarified butter, for frying

- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and fry on both sides in a pan in hot clarified butter.
