Ingredients
- 2 small chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- some parsley
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 50 ml cremefine or cream
- 100 g processed herb cheese
- salt and pepper
- 50 g ratin cheese

- Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Wash the broccoli and separate the florets.
- Blanch the broccoli florets in plenty of salted water for 3 - 4 minutes and then rinse in cold water. Put aside.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken in it. Then add the onions and garlic and fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Deglaze everything with the broth and add Cremefine and processed cheese. Bring to the boil while stirring briefly and simmer until the processed cheese has completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper and then add the broccoli.
- Put everything in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
