Ingredients

  • 3 heads broccoli
  • 450 g shrimp (s)
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 mg onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 4 cl white wine
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 100 g Emmentaler
  • chili
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 50 g herb butter

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sweat in a saucepan with the hot butter until translucent. Add the flour and mix well with the whisk. While stirring, deglaze with white wine and vegetable stock and immediately add the milk. If you don`t have vegetable broth, you can use some of the boiled broccoli water. Add the cream in sips for 15 minutes while stirring constantly. Slowly add the grated cheeses. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and oregano. Remove the pot from the oven.
  2. Remove the broccoli florets from the stalk and bring to the boil in a saucepan with a little salt. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the pot from the oven. Put the broccoli in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  3. Heat a pan with herb butter. Halve a clove of garlic and sauté briefly in the pan with the prawns until the prawns are just cooked. Put the broccoli in the buttered baking dish. Lift the prawns out of the pan with a skimmer and spread over the broccoli. Stir the stock from the pan into the cheese sauce and pour evenly over the casserole. Baked in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 20 minutes, slightly brownish.
  4. The casserole tastes best when served with freshly baked pizza rolls.
