Creamy Dessert with Chocolate Icing (no Baked Goods)

An amazing in its simplicity budget dessert made of milk, sugar, flour, and chocolate. There are ingredients in every home, no need to bake in the oven, add gelatin, or freeze. The result is an original, delicious, delicate, and very economical chocolate dessert!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Sugar – 90 g
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 20 g
  • Black chocolate – 20 g
  • White chocolate – 20 g
  • Vegetable oil – 15 ml

Directions

  1. Pour half the milk (250 ml) into a saucepan, add dark chocolate and a third of sugar (30 g or 2 tablespoons). Sift 1 tablespoon into a saucepan through a strainer. a spoonful of cocoa and 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour with a slide.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients and place the saucepan over medium heat. While stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Thanks to the flour, the mass thickens and flows down from the whisk in a wide stream. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
  4. Pour the chocolate cream into heat-resistant molds. The cream thickens very quickly, so we act quickly. I used 330 ml bowls. Place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool completely.
  5. For a white layer, pour the remaining milk (250 ml) into a saucepan or saucepan, add sugar (30 g or 2 tablespoons), 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour and white chocolate.
  6. Heat the white cream until thick, stirring constantly. It will turn out to be more liquid than the dark one since the cocoa powder acts as a thickener, but it is not in the white layer.
  7. Pour the white layer into the bowls and put them back in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes, until the cream hardens.
  8. For the icing, you can melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the dessert, but you can make the icing using cocoa powder, sugar, and butter. Combine 10 g cocoa, 30 g sugar, and vegetable oil in a blender bowl.
  9. Beat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
  10. Pour the resulting chocolate glaze on the white layer in the bowls and refrigerate again for 30-40 minutes.
  11. Creamy dessert with chocolate icing is ready. You can serve the cream to the table, decorate it with chocolate and serve with dessert spoons.
