Creamy Dessert with Mango and White Chocolate

For this dessert, a mousse of white chocolate and cream is prepared. Served with mango mousse and crumbled waffles.
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- Good quality white chocolate – 120 g
- Whipping cream – 1.5 cups
- Mango – 1 pc.
- Ginger or chocolate waffles, small (crumbled) – 20 pcs. (taste)
- Vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
Directions
- Peel and dice the mango (see photo below).
- Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Transfer to a food processor or blender and mix well. Set aside but keep warm.
- Beat the cream with salt and vanilla extract until thick, but not to the peak.
- Add hot white chocolate to the cream, beat for another 30 seconds.
- Put the chocolate mousse in glass portion glasses, alternating with mango and waffles.
