  • 2 cups sour cream, 00 g each
  • 120 g chocolate, white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or a little pure vanilla if you like
  • 1 cup gooseberries, fresh, in a sour cream cup

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the sour cream. Season with vanilla sugar or vanilla.
  2. Pour the cream into glasses and pour fresh, cleaned gooseberries over them.
