- 1 onion (s)
- 20 g fat
- 0.5 liter ½ meat broth
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 100 g cheese, rated
- salt
- Pepper, whiter

- Peel and roughly dice the pumpkin. Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry both in melted fat, then add the meat stock and milk and cook for approx. 20-30 minutes. Then puree with a hand blender. Add the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup and sprinkle with grated cheese.
