Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 100 g pretzel (s), (salt pretzel) broken into coarse pieces, alternatively halved party salt sticks
- 200 g cream cheese
- 250 g whipped cream (e.. crèmefine)
- 400 g pineapple, cut into pieces

- Melt the butter over medium heat, add half the sugar and stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Spread the pretzel / pretzel sticks pieces in a baking dish and pour the butter / sugar mixture over it; Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °, then let cool down.
- Mix the second half of the sugar with the cream cheese and whipped cream and add the pineapple pieces and the caramelized pretzels: mix everything together well, place in a (casserole) dish or bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
