Ingredients
- 1 glass chickpeas, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 ml coconut milk or almond drink
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon rice syrup, cane sugar, xylitol or other sweetness

- Wash the chickpeas and puree with all the ingredients in a blender or hand blender to a creamy mass. Add plant-based drink as needed, depending on how creamy you want it to be. It gets creamiest with coconut milk, but all other drinks work great in this recipe too.
- The cream can now be refined as desired (nuts, chocolate, desiccated coconut, ). Don`t worry, this pudding doesn`t taste like chickpeas! Also convinces non-vegans.
