Ingredients
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 75 g suar, brown
- 2 piece (s) egg (s)
- 175 g flour mixture, luten-free or normal flour
- 25 g bakin cocoa
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g chocolate, white

- Melt the first specified amount of dark chocolate with butter in a double boiler or directly in a saucepan over low heat and mix everything well, then set aside and allow to cool.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder and stir alternately with the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
- Chop the remaining three types of chocolate into small pieces and add to the batter.
- Put the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour. Take the dough with a teaspoon, shape it like cookies round and flat in your hand and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a little space.
- Only put one tray in the oven at a time. Bake the biscuits in the oven preheated to 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 8 to 10 minutes each. The surface of the cookies should not be completely firm yet. As the cookies cool down, they become even firmer. So the inside remains very soft. Let the cookies cool down on the baking sheet, then place them on a wire rack and let cool down completely.
