Ingredients

  • 200 g bread (s) (Paximadi, alternatively sesame rins from the Turkish baker, let harden)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 6 olives, black
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Break the paximadi into small pieces and drizzle with plenty of olive oil to soften. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and peppers into not too large pieces and pour over the Paximadi along with the onion cut into rings and the broken feta. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and garnish with the olives.
