Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes (can also be done with the skin on) and cut into strips about 1 cm thick. Let stand in a cold water bath for 10 minutes.
  2. Dry the potatoes and put them in a cool bag. Then add olive oil and cornstarch. Add the spices as needed. Important: only add the salt after baking, otherwise the fries will dry out.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection). Bake the fries in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
