Each time I serve crispy chicken sticks with different sauces. Chicken sticks are very easy to cook. You can make them 30 minutes before the arrival of guests and pleasantly surprise them.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 500 grams
Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs – 1 Glass
Eggs – 4-5 Pieces
Spices – To taste (Choose your favorites)
Directions
Beat eggs. Transfer them to a flat plate. This will make it more convenient to dip the chicken fillet pieces.
Pour the bread crumbs into the same flat plate. Mix them with spices.
Cut the chicken fillet into long thin strips. Dip the chicken pieces first in the eggs, then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Spread the chicken sticks over the heated oil. It is better to choose a frying pan with high sides, as oil will splash. Fry until crispy on both sides.
Serve crispy chicken sticks with your favorite sauce or garnish.
