Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips 1.5 cm wide and 5 cm long. Brush with the egg yolk (this will give the particles a nice color). Twist two or three times and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Then sprinkle with salt, various herbs and spices and grated cheese. I always make different kinds, then you have a bit of variety when you nibble.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C and then bake for about 12 minutes, depending on the degree of browning you want.
