Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 50 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Finely chop the onions and fry in a pan in a little fat until translucent. Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry the meat until brown and crumbly.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread half of the sour cream lengthways in the middle third of the dough. Spread half of the minced meat on top. Fold one side of the free puff pastry over it. Spread the remaining sour cream on top and distribute the remaining minced meat on top. Fold over the last empty sheet of dough.
  4. Cut the package into 16 even strips, turn them carefully and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
