Crispy Sticks with Poppy Seeds or Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Warms the milk while stirring constantly! (It should only be lukewarm) Mix the flour and the yeast and then add the milk, salt and softened butter! Knead these ingredients well. Sprinkle the table or countertop with flour and spread the dough on it.
Now you can cut the dough into thin strips. Now form sticks as thick as a finger and around 12cm long from the strips of dough!
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and mix the egg yolk with water. The best way to do this is with a fork.
You now have to preheat the oven to 220 degrees, level 4-5!
Now place the dough sticks on the baking sheet and coat them with the egg yolk-water mixture!
Now you can sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame seeds or caraway seeds on the bars.
The sticks now have to bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, then they are ready.
