Ingredients

  • 250 g noodles, (croissant noodles)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g cheese, mild butter cheese
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 4 sausages, Viennese
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet

For the dressing:

  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 8 tablespoon vinegar, (apple cider vinegar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and mix with oil.
  2. Finely dice the cheese and paprika, halve the tomatoes and cut the wieners into thin strips.
  3. Mix the dressing, mix with all of the above ingredients and the chives and dust with paprika. Let it steep for 30 minutes and season again if necessary.
