Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 75 g anchovy fillet (s)
  • 3 tablespoon rosemary
  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 12 slices ciabatta
  • 2 scoops mozzarella, (15 g each)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and finely chop it together with the anchovies and 1 tablespoon rosemary needles. Mix with the butter and brush the bread slices with it. Roast for 1-2 minutes under the grill (top rack).
  2. Pat the mozzarella dry and cut into evenly thick slices. Cover the bread with it and sprinkle with the remaining rosemary needles. Season with salt and pepper. Bake under the grill for another 3-4 minutes and serve as hot as possible.
