Ingredients
- 350 g Hörnli (noodles)
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 packet applesauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon margarine (or butter)
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the margarine in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon (to taste) and sugar and stir-fry briefly.
- Mix in the drained pasta.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with applesauce.
