Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g quark
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the cream:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla pudding)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 sheets gelatin

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. For the quark oil batter, mix the ingredients into a smooth batter. Should be soft, add a little oil and milk if necessary.
  2. For the crumble, crush the ingredients with a fork and crumble with your fingers.
  3. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and spread the crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Shouldn`t turn brown.
  4. Prepare a pudding from the milk, the pudding powder and the sugar. Stir the soaked gelatine into the hot pudding. Sprinkle with a little sugar and let cool. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in the pudding.
  5. Divide the cooled cake crosswise in the middle and fill with the pudding cream. Refrigerate.
