  • 600 g carrot (s), peeled and weihed, cut into slices
  • some water
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon puree (hazelnut puree)
  • some salt (lemon salt)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the carrots in a little water, depending on the thickness of the slices, this takes about 15 minutes. Now we add the coconut milk and the nut butter and chop everything up with a hand blender. Season with lemon salt and add the parsley.
  2. Suitable as a spread, warm as a side dish or with more coconut milk as a sauce and soup base.
