Ingredients
- 3 liters water
- 300 g honey
- 500 g cocoa powder
- 1 kg dark chocolate
- 10 g salt
- 100 ml rum
- 5 g iner paste
- 5 g vanilla
- 3 g cinnamon
- 2 g cardamom powder
- 50 g coffee beans, round
Also:
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 liters milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

- Boil the ingredients up to the coffee beans in a large saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Mix the other ingredients in a measuring cup and add to the mixture in the pot. Bring everything to the boil again and remove from the stove.
- The drinking chocolate is now ready to be consumed. Enjoy pure or with whipped cream, marshmallows or a dash of peppermint liqueur.
- Tip: The drinking chocolate can also be filled hot into screw-top jars and can then be kept longer in the refrigerator.
