- 120 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml water
- 900 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Teaspoon chocolate sprinkles

- Finely grate the chocolate and stir in hot water until smooth. Heat the milk with a pinch of salt, but do not let it boil. Stir in the dissolved chocolate and sugar. Remove the pot from the stove and whisk the contents with the whisk until frothy.
- Pour the drinking chocolate into preheated cups, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and serve immediately.
