Cucumber and Apple Smoothies

A cucumber smoothie is a great start to a summer day. Apples will add flavor and nuts will make the smoothie more nutritious.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 150 g
  • Apples – 100-150 g
  • Nuts (any) – 20 g
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Boiled (chilled) water or mineral water – 100-150 ml

Directions

  1. Cut the apple and peel and peel. Cut the cucumbers.
  2. Puree apple and cucumber. Add nuts, chop again. Add honey and water, mix thoroughly.
  3. Smoothie with cucumber and apple is ready. Pour the cucumber and apple smoothie into glasses and serve.
