- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 100 ml milk

- Wash the cucumber and cut into large pieces. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the milk, and puree well with the hand blender. Then add the milk and purée briefly again. Decorate with mint if necessary.
