  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the cucumber. Halve the watermelon and cut out fine pieces of the pulp, which may have to be cut even smaller.
  2. Alternately place the cucumber and watermelon in a fan shape on the plate and pour over the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
