Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g sour cream or sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon herbs, chopped, to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 large cucumber (s)

- Finely chop the garlic and mix with the other dressing ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Now slice the cucumber into fine slices, mix into the dressing and let the salad stand for 30 minutes.
- Note: If the dressing is too sour for you, you can add sugar.
