Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed or finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon herb vinegar
- Honey or sugar, optional
Also:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
For the topping: (let your imagination and your taste run wild here!)
- Bacon, fried, lightly crumbled or diced
- Nuts or almonds, roasted
- Blue cheese, cheddar, etc.
- Cocktail tomatoes, quartered or halved
- Chive rolls

- For the salad cream you simply put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well.
- You remove the wilted leaves and the hard stalk from the iceberg lettuce and quarter it.
- Put a quarter of the salad per serving on the plate and pour some of the cream over it. Depending on your taste, you can then spread the topping on it and then serve it.
