Instructions

Peel the cucumber as desired or cut into cubes with the skin (approx. 1 cm in diameter). Cut the ham into strips. Then mix everything with the drained corn.
Prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber, ham and corn. Let it soak in a little and then enjoy with bread or as a side salad.
If you want, you can also add cocktail tomatoes, peppers or feta cheese.
The recipe quantity is intended for two people as a main meal. As a side salad, it is also enough for four people.
