- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), cut into cubes
- 1 can corn
- 1 cream cheese corner
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Chili powder, freshly ground

- Fry the chopped cucumber in the olive oil. Add the corn and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add the cheese corner and dissolve. Puree everything and add the spices to taste. Goes with many dishes, I prefer this sauce with pasta or mashed potatoes.
