- 500 g yourt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 bunch dill, chopped, fresh
- water

- Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes (remove the seeds if necessary). Place the cucumber pieces in a sieve and sprinkle with a little salt so that the resulting liquid can drain off.
- Mix the yogurt with enough water until it is nice and creamy. Peel the garlic cloves and mash them with a little salt.
- Put the drained cucumber in a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
