- 100 g pasta
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 50 g sour cream
- 50 g processed cheese with herbs
- 3 tablespoon vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper
- Lemon juice
- Curry powder

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Roughly grate the cucumber and sauté. Season with 3 tablespoons of vegetable stock. Add sour cream and processed cheese and let it melt slowly. Do not let cook! Season with salt, pepper, a little curry powder and lemon juice.
- Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
