Garlic Pasta Sauce

While the pasta is cooking on the stove, you have 5-7 minutes to prepare this wonderful sauce. By the way, it can also be served with meat, fish, and vegetables. Garlic sauce is versatile.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 200 Grams
  • Garlic – 5 Cloves
  • A bunch of greens – 1 Piece
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Peel the garlic.
  2. Add salt to the sour cream.
  3. Chop the herbs and add them to the sauce.
  4. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the sauce. Pepper to taste, stir well and serve with pasta.
