Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 7 g bakin powder
  • 80 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 ½ tablespoon cream

For the filling:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 500 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 1 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 70 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 30 g semolina

Instructions

  1. Cook a pudding from milk and pudding powder and set aside.
  2. Grease a mold 20 and dust with flour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  4. Mix the soft butter with sugar well, add the eggs and stir until creamy, stir in the flour, salt, crumble and cream mixed with baking powder.
  5. Remove 130 g from the dough for the blobs - put the rest in the mold and smooth it out with the back of a wet spoon - bake for approx. 8 min.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the filling:
  7. Put the pudding in a large bowl, add the curd cheese, lemon, sugar, eggs and semolina and stir well. Spread the filling on the pre-baked base.
  8. Put the rest of the dough in a piping bag (or in a freezer bag) and put blobs on the dough (as the dough is slightly firm, always separate the blobs from the bag with a knife) - bake for about 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool down well, only then cut
