  • 525 ml broth, () instant product
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g bell pepper (s), (mixed or to taste)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. First pour the rice into the soaked Römertopf, then pour on the broth. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and mix with the minced meat and spices. Place it on top of the rice, torn apart (not shaped). Put in the cold oven. Set to 200 ° C and let cook for 60 minutes.
  2. My oven has a timer, so I often make this casserole when I`m out and about. When I get home, the meal is ready, and a delay doesn`t hurt either, because nothing burns.
