Ingredients

  • 225 g chicken, cooked and diced
  • 3 tablespoon onion (s), chopped
  • 3 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 24 WanTan dough sheets
  • 1 egg (s), whisked
  • 1 liter oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked chicken with the onions and celery. Mix the curry powder and mayonnaise together. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  2. Place about ¾ tablespoons of this filling in the center of each WanTan dough sheet. Brush the edges with egg. Fold the plates into triangles and press the edges together.
  3. Heat the oil to 190 degrees. Fry the dumplings in the oil until they have turned a golden brown color.
  4. Serve hot with a spicy sauce of your choice.
